International Multi-Sectoral Business Mission

An International Multi-Sectoral Business Mission with the participation of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and jointly with the Russian Export Centre was organised on 13-15 June 2022 which was attended by LEX Law Firm's lawyer, Mr. Atai Isaev.

The main topic of the panel discussion was the introduction of modern financial instruments in the markets of the two countries as a driver of economic growth.

As expected, the business mission was opened by Mr. Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Nikolay Udovichenko, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Azer Talybov, Chairman of the Management Board of ROSEXIMBANK JSC, and Mr. Artem Novikov, Chairman of the Board of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

About 80 companies from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan registered for the event. These included representatives from industry, energy, banking, agriculture and science.

The purpose of the business mission was to establish business contacts between entrepreneurs of the participating countries, as well as search for investors to implement projects in Kyrgyzstan. The B2B sector was also worth mentioning, which was a great help in concluding various contracts and agreements on new cooperation.
