“Doing Business in the United States” Business Breakfast

Lex Law Firm participated in the business breakfast “Doing Business in the United States”, organizaed by the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic on February 2, 2023.

Mr. Vitaliy Yen - Managing Partner of LEX Law Firm, CEO of “Global Smart Post” in the USA, Master Franchisee of “Mail Boxes Etc.”, Mr. Temirbek Chodurov - Development Director of “DSKA Engineering Co.”, IRONMAN, triathlete were the speakers of the event.

Leaders and top managers of companies from different business spheres attended the event. It was informal and open, and all presentations were accompanied by lively discussions.

Doing business overseas represents an important milestone in a company’s development in a completely new market. The integration of a wide range of knowledge and skills, including marketing, finance, project management, strategic management, and other skills, is required for success.

It is worth mentioning that the Managing Partner of LEX Law Firm, being experienced in rendering services on business immigration to the USA and having personal experience in conducting business in the USA, was glad to share his experience as well as to answer the questions of colleagues interested in this issue.
