IBC TradEx 2023

LEX Law Firm participated in the IBC TradEx 2023 event organised by the International Business Council to promote foreign trade on April 27, 2023.

Furthermore, it was the first event in Kyrgyzstan aimed at highlighting the trade preferences currently available to Kyrgyz entrepreneurs when engaging in foreign trade.

As a result, IBC TradEx 2023 brought together in one place representatives of businesses ready to enter new markets with key government agencies, embassies, international organisations, honorary consuls and relevant development programmes.

The European Union's Generalised System of Preferences (GSP+), the UK's Developing Country Trade Scheme (DCTS) and the benefits of Kyrgyzstan's membership of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) were presented.

The panel session was also attended by our Partner, Executive Director Andrei Lee, who answered questions on which areas LEX Law Firm supports in obtaining business visas and gave details on business immigration opportunities in different countries.
