IBC Meetup - IBC members meeting

LEX Law Firm lawyers Andrey Lee, Aliya Palvanova and Parizat Omurbekova participated in the IBC Meetup dedicated to social responsibility of business in the Kyrgyz Republic on December 22, 2021.

The IBC Meetup is a platform for communication and experience exchange between business, international organizations, diplomatic missions - members and partners of the International Business Council.

The discussion was focused on such issues as:

• ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) - new agenda for business in Central Asia;
• Climate perspective in the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter - CSR) as a success factor: best practices of national and international companies;
• Ways in which the application of CSR principles contributes to brand awareness and the success of the company in the market as a whole.

In addition, the International Business Council members and partners had the opportunity for informal networking.
