A poorly delivered service is not just an inconvenience. It is a violation of your rights. Failure to comply with the terms of the contract, deadlines, or the declared quality gives the customer legal grounds to demand protection of their interests.

How to act in this situation:

First, document the violation. The contract, receipts, correspondence, technical specifications, photos, or any other materials that confirm the fact and quality of the service are all important.

Next, send the service provider a written claim describing the problem and clearly stating your demands: a refund, correction of deficiencies, or compensation. Set a deadline for a response, usually 10 business days.

If there is no response or you receive an unjustified refusal, you have the right to обратиться to authorized bodies or to the court.

Important: act in writing and keep all documents. They are what form a strong legal position.

LEX lawyers help assess the situation, properly draft a claim, and protect your rights.
