Business meeting with the official delegation of Xindu District (Chengdu, PRC)

On May 20, 2026, representatives of LEX Law Firm took part in a business meeting with the official delegation of Xindu District, Chengdu City, People's Republic of China, organized with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The event brought together representatives of government bodies and the business communities of Kyrgyzstan and China interested in developing international cooperation, attracting investments, and implementing joint projects.

During the meeting, the participants discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of logistics, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, international trade, the furniture industry, and other areas of economic cooperation.

One of the key outcomes of the event was the signing of a number of agreements aimed at developing trade and economic ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the People's Republic of China.

In particular, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Department of Commerce of Xindu District, Chengdu City, and "Lyuizan" LLC (Kyrgyz Republic), which provides for the development of cooperation in the field of trade, investments, and the implementation of joint projects.

A Cooperation Agreement was also signed between the Administration of the "Chengdu North (Xiancheng)" New Consumer Activity Zone of Xindu District, Chengdu City, and "Golden Way" International Trade and Logistics LLC (Kyrgyz Republic). The document is aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of international trade, logistics, and the development of new channels of economic interaction between the businesses of the two countries.

Within the framework of the meeting, representatives of our firm held a series of negotiations with the members of the delegation and business representatives, discussing issues of legal support for foreign investments, company registration, corporate business structuring, foreign economic activity, and the protection of investors' interests.
