The First Meeting of the AmCham Tax and Customs Committee

On December 18, Andrey Lee, Managing Partner of LEX Law Firm, took part in the first meeting of the newly established AmCham Tax and Customs Committee.

During the meeting, participants discussed the Committee’s work plan for 2026, as well as current challenges faced by businesses in the area of tax relations. Particular attention was given to issues that may be addressed through establishing an effective and constructive dialogue between the business community and government authorities.

Participation in the Committee’s activities will contribute to consolidating the business expert position and developing practical proposals aimed at improving tax and customs regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
