Conference "Russian practices of work with overdue debts in Kyrgyzstan"

Lee Andrey, Executive Director of LEX Law Firm, took part in the conference “Russian practices of work with overdue debts in Kyrgyzstan”, organized by the Foreclosure Agency “Legal Collection” on June 3, 2022

Foreclosure Agency “Legal Collection” (hereinafter Agency) is a law company of the Russian Federation, which unites more than 15 years of court experience and state-of-the-art IT-technology, allowing mass legal recovery throughout the Russian Federation by automating a variety of processes.

Participants at the aforementioned conference were shared the following:

• best practices on the Russian debt market;
• the Agency's practical experience in the field of analytics, pre-court collections, court pipelines, and enforcement proceedings;
• information on the prospects and opportunities for automation of collection processes;
• information about investments and financial management of the debt portfolio.

The Agency also presented its plans for the implementation of the effective enforcement in the Kyrgyz Republic.
