Trademark Registration

A trademark is a designation that serves to individualize the goods and/or services of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, allowing customers - not to confuse their brand with others.

Trademark registration has the advantage that the owner has the exclusive right to use it, which prohibits others from using it. Trademark registration is the protection of one's brand, which gives one the opportunity to develop it with confidence.

Such trademarks may be registered in the Kyrgyz Republic as: verbal, pictorial, volumetric and other designations or combinations thereof.

Visually indistinguishable signs as well as audible and olfactory signs are not registered.

A trademark can be registered either by a legal entity or by an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

Service fee:

• Registration period for 1 year - $ 1000;
• Registration period for 6 months - $ 1500.
