Trademark Registration

A trademark is a designation that serves to individualize the goods and/or services of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, which allows customers not to confuse their brand with others.

The advantage of registering a Trademark is that the Owner has the exclusive right to use it, which prohibits others from using it. Registration of a Trademark is protection of your brand, which makes it possible to confidently develop it.

Trademarks such as: verbal, pictorial, three-dimensional and other designations or combinations thereof may be registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Visually indistinguishable symbols, as well as sound and olfactory signs, are not registered.

A trademark may be registered in the name of a legal entity, as well as an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activity.

The cost of a turnkey service is $ 1000.
