Business Breakfast “Leader with a Growth Mindset”: New Approaches to Leadership and Team Collaboration Development

On June 20, 2024, representatives of the LEX Law Firm took part in the business breakfast “Leader with a Growth Mindset”, organized by the International Business Council in cooperation with the consulting company El Group Consulting.

The event focused on new approaches to developing leadership qualities and enhancing team collaboration in today’s business environment. In a warm and professional atmosphere, participants discussed current practices that promote business growth, organizational resilience, and personal development of leaders.

The keynote speaker of the business breakfast was Jamila Imankulova — a serial entrepreneur, author of leadership programs, and Honorary Consul of the Netherlands. During the practical session, she presented tools for cultivating a growth mindset and developing key leadership competencies. Participants received her proprietary workbook containing checklists and step-by-step algorithms for practical implementation.

The event also served as an excellent platform for experience sharing, strategic discussions, and establishing new partnerships within the International Business Council community.
